NThis role will own Salute's ADP platform, covering both administration and project work as the company grows. This is not a pure administrator role;
direct ADP development experience is required, along with a robust command of HR and payroll data.

- Administer and configure ADP Workforce Now, and lead ADP-related project work as new requirements arise. N
- Support onboarding and offboarding workflows in Salute Hub. N
- Build and troubleshoot ADP-to-Snowflake data feeds. N
- Manage HR and payroll data accuracy and integrity as headcount grows. N

- N
- Strong proficiency in managing HR data and ADP data specifically, not just general HRIS familiarity. N
- Direct ADP development experience, in addition to administration of existing ADP systems. Administration experience alone is not sufficient. N
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now configuration. N
- Strong attention to data accuracy and compliance. N
