NPosition Summary
nWe are seeking an experienced and highly organized HR Administrator/Executive to support our US Human Resources operations. The ideal candidate will be based in Hyderabad or Bangalore and have prior experience supporting US-based employees and consultants within the IT services, technology consulting, or staffing industry. Candidates must be comfortable working US business hours.
NThis position will provide day-to-day administrative and operational support throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, documentation, employee records, benefits administration, timesheets, compliance, and employee inquiries.

- Support the onboarding and offboarding of US-based employees and consultants. N
- Prepare and maintain offer letters, employment agreements, onboarding documents, personnel files, and separation documentation. N




- Coordinate background checks, employment verifications, and other pre-employment requirements. N
- Maintain accurate employee and consultant information in HR, payroll, benefits, timekeeping, and workforce management systems. N
- Assist US employees andconsultants with questions regarding benefits, timesheets, company policies, and HR procedures. N
- Support US benefits enrollment, employee changes, and related documentation. N
- Track start dates, client assignments, work authorization documents, contract dates, and other employment information. N
- Monitor timesheet completion and follow up regarding missing or incomplete submissions. N
- Assist with performancereviews, employee communications, policy acknowledgments, and compliance tracking. N
- Coordinate with recruiting, operations, payroll, finance, and client-facing teams in the US and India. N
