nAs a Sales Growth Consultant, you’ll play a key role in helping customers make informed decisions about hearing solutions.
n• ? Connect with customers through phone-based B2C conversations
n• ? Understand their needs and concerns related to hearing loss
n• ? Recommend suitable hearing aid solutions based on their lifestyle and budget
n• ? Guide customers as a trusted advisor and connect them with our partner providers
n• ? Drive the conversation toward successful conversions and customer satisfaction

n? Who are we looking for?




n✅ Excellent communication and active listening skills
n✅ High proficiency in Hindi & English — mandatory
n✅ Proficiency in any one of the following regional languages is also mandatory:
nTamil | Telugu | Kannada | Malayalam | Punjabi
n✅ A confident, empathetic, and customer-focused approach
