Corporate Legal Manager

About the role
DoubleTick.io, an award-winning conversational CX stack, is looking for a Corporate Legal Manager to own and scale our paid acquisition and demand-generation engine.

This role is ideal for someone who combines robust performance marketing expertise with a sharp understanding of B2B SaaS funnels and can translate marketing investments into qualified leads, pipeline, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Legal
Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of agreements including customer contracts, vendor agreements, partnership agreements, NDAs, and service agreements.
Provide legal advice to internal stakeholders on contractual, commercial, and operational matters.
Identify legal risks and recommend practical solutions aligned with business objectives.

Compliance & Governance
Ensure compliance with applicable corporate, commercial, labor, and regulatory requirements.
Monitor legal and regulatory developments that may impact the business.
Support corporate governance activities, statutory filings, and maintenance of legal records.




Develop and implement internal policies, processes, and compliance frameworks.

Contract & Risk Management
Own the contract lifecycle from drafting and negotiation to execution and renewal.
Review customer and vendor agreements to ensure appropriate risk protection.
Maintain contract repositories and track key obligations and renewal timelines.
Conduct periodic risk assessments and recommend mitigation measures.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.
4–8 years of experience in corporate legal, commercial contracts, compliance, or related areas.
Strong understanding of Indian corporate, contract, and labor laws.
Experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.
Excellent legal drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
