ASB Academy is looking for a commercially solid and entrepreneurial Profit & Loss Manager to take ownership of business growth, revenue and profitability.

This is a leadership opportunity for someone who sees beyond a sales target and understands the complete business — market opportunity, customer acquisition, revenue, pricing, partnerships, costs, margins, people and profitability. We are looking for an individual who can think like a business owner, act with autonomy and deliver measurable outcomes. The person in this role will be expected to shape business strategy, identify growth opportunities, build and strengthen revenue channels, lead teams and take accountability for the overall commercial performance of the business

P&L; & Business Ownership
Own the end-to-end P&L; of the assigned business and take accountability for revenue, costs, margins and profitability.
Develop annual and quarterly business plans aligned with growth and profitability objectives.
Translate business goals into clear commercial strategies, priorities and execution plans.
Own revenue forecasting, budgeting and business performance planning.
