Role Overview
We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to lead visual execution across First Coffee. This role is ideal for someone who understands branding deeply, can translate strategy into strong visual ideas, and takes ownership of design across digital and physical touchpoints.
You’ll work closely with the marketing team, founders, and external partners to build and evolve First Coffee’s visual language, ensuring every touchpoint feels consistent, considered, and culturally relevant.

Key Responsibilities
Own and execute visual design for brand campaigns, product launches, seasonal menus, collaborations, and cultural moments.
Develop packaging across beverages, food, and retail products, while maintaining a consistent brand identity.
Design merchandise including apparel,



tote bags, stickers, and other branded products.
Lead social media design across Reels covers, statics, Stories, carousels, and app creatives with a strong focus on visual storytelling.
Design offline and in-store assets including menus, standees, signage, window branding, event assets, and brand activations.
Translate marketing briefs and brand strategy into strong, relevant, and high-impact visual solutions.
Maintain and evolve First Coffee’s visual language and brand guidelines across all touchpoints.
Review and refine design outputs to maintain a high bar for quality, consistency, and attention to detail.
Coordinate with printers, vendors, and production partners to ensure accurate execution across digital and physical formats.

Qualifications
4–7 years of experience in graphic design, preferably across branding, F&B;, lifestyle, retail, or consumer-facing brands.
