We're looking for a Growth Marketing Lead who can build a predictable demand generation engine and accelerate our global growth.
Role Overview
Experience - 4 to 6 years

In this role, you will own and execute demand generation initiatives across multiple channels to attract the right enterprise audiences, create qualified opportunities, and strengthen OpsTree's market presence.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can think strategically but is equally comfortable getting into campaign execution, targeting, performance data, content, and optimization.
You will work closely with Sales, Content, Product Marketing, Leadership, and Partnerships teams to turn marketing activities into measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Strategy & Execution
Plan, design, and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns (inbound and outbound) to drive qualified leads and pipeline growth for our core offerings (DevSecOps, Cloud-Native, and Platform Engineering solutions).
Manage paid digital acquisition channels, including LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads,



and other relevant B2B networks, ensuring optimal ROI and target Cost Per Acquisition (CPA).
2. Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
Partner with sales and growth teams to identify target accounts, map decision-makers, and execute personalized 1:1 and 1:few ABM campaigns.
Run targeted account-based ad campaigns and direct mail/gift initiatives to engage enterprise prospects.
3. Email Marketing & Lead Nurturing
Build, segment, and manage automated email marketing and lead nurturing workflows to move prospects smoothly through the sales funnel.
Continuously A/B test subject lines, copy, CTAs, and delivery schedules to maximize open, click-through, and conversion rates.
4. Analytics, Attribution & Optimization
Track, analyze, and report on key metrics—including MQLs, SQLs, pipeline velocity, conversion rates, and campaign ROI—using CRM and marketing automation tools.
Conduct regular performance reviews and channel audit
