Summary
We are seeking a highly analytical and growth-oriented SEO & ASO specialist with 4+ years of hands-on experience to lead our organic growth strategy. This role is critical for driving high-intent organic traffic and maximising app store visibility to scale our user base sustainably. A proven background within the BFSI or Fintech sector is mandatory. Prior agency experience is highly preferred.
● Website Growth: Lead the full lifecycle of organic search initiatives with a focus on high-intent financial keywords:
○ Technical SEO: Drive audits and fixes for site architecture, Core Web Vitals, and Financial Services Schema to ensure maximum crawl efficiency and SERP feature eligibility.
○ On-Page & Content Strategy: Architect content clusters that satisfy E-E-A-T.
○ Off-Page SEO: Execute high-authority backlink strategies that respect BFSI compliance
and brand safety.
● App Store Growth (ASO): Own the organic visibility for iOS and Android. Beyond titles and
descriptions, you will manage CSL or CPP and creative A/B testing to optimise the click-to-install




funnel.
● Automation: Lead SEO Automation initiatives using App Scripts, or AI tools to improve
operational efficiency
● Reporting & Insights: Translate complex data from GA4, Search Console, and MMPs (like
AppsFlyer) into actionable business insights, linking organic growth to bottom-line metrics.
Required Qualifications
● Experience: 4+ years of verifiable, hands-on experience in organic growth. Direct experience in BFSI/Fintech or highly regulated industries is a major plus.
● Technical Mastery: Mandatory proficiency in Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, Semrush, and Ahrefs.
● Architectural Knowledge: Deep understanding of web architecture, JavaScript SEO, and App
Store algorithms to ensure rigorous optimisation for scale.
● Compliance Mindset: Ability to collaborate with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure all
organic content meets financial regulatory standards.
