Role Description The Store Assistant is a full-time, in office role based in our Factory located at Bhiwandi.
The incumbet is responsible for supporting daily Factory stores operations. This role includes inventory management, allocation, keepeing record physically and in ERP. Managing Labours, maintain store displays and product stock, and ensure cleanliness of the Factory. They will help execute promotions, provide product information and tasting guidance, and support inventory checks and reporting. The role also involve coordinating with the Purchase manager.
Requirement:
Good Communication
Skills to manage raw material, stock levels, and efficient store operations.
Ability to support Training activities for new team members and share product knowledge effectively.
Interest in food, Indian flavors, and consumer brands, with willingness to learn detailed product information.
Prior experience in retail, FMCG, or food and beverage outlets is an advantage but not mandatory.
