Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage relationships with corporate partners, HR teams, and senior industry executives for campus recruitment drives
Plan, coordinate, and execute placement and internship drives (on-campus, virtual, and pooled)
Conduct student grooming sessions — resume building, interview preparation, aptitude and soft-skills training
Maintain and update placement MIS, reports, and dashboards for internal and accreditation use




Build and nurture the alumni network for referrals, mentorship, and recruitment opportunities
Coordinate with academic departments to align placement activity with student readiness and industry requirements
Track and report placement statistics, offer letters, and student progress across the recruitment cycle
Represent ITMVU at industry events, job fairs, and corporate meetings

Who We're Looking For
Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline; MBA (HR/Marketing) preferred
Prior experience in campus placements, corporate relations, HR/talent acquisition, or B-school placement cells
Strong communication, networking, and stakeholder management skills
Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple corporate relationships and deadlines simultaneously

Tools & Skills Required
MS Office – Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query)
Strong PowerPoint presentation skills
Working knowledge
