Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Business Development Executive (up to 5 LPA). The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating and qualifying leads, and building a strong sales pipeline. The Business Development Executive will meet prospective clients, understand their requirements, present suitable real estate solutions, and manage relationships from initial contact through closure. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams, preparing proposals,



maintaining accurate records of client interactions, and achieving sales and revenue targets. The role also requires regular market research, participation in promotional activities, and ongoing follow-up to ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
