Role Description This is a full-time, in office role for a Divisional Manager Tractor Loan Collection based in Guwahati.



The role involves overseeing tractor loan collections across the division, setting collection strategies, and ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines. The Divisional Manager will monitor portfolio performance, track delinquencies, and implement corrective action plans to improve recovery and reduce non-performing assets. Responsibilities include managing and mentoring collection teams, coordinating with branches and regional offices, and resolving high-value or complex customer accounts. The role also requires preparing periodic reports, analyzing collection trends, supporting audit and compliance activities, and collaborating with sales and credit teams to strengthen overall portfolio quality.
Qualifications
Strong experience in loan collections, recovery operations, or credit control, preferably in vehicle or tractor finance.
