Role Description The Managing Partner will provide strategic and operational leadership for guidographer in a contract, remote capacity. This role involves defining the company’s growth strategy, overseeing tour design and pricing, and managing relationships with local guides, vendors, and other partners. The Managing Partner will handle business development activities such as identifying new markets, nurturing client relationships, and building brand awareness through digital channels and partnerships. They will oversee financial planning, budgeting, and performance tracking, while ensuring tours meet quality, safety, and customer satisfaction standards. The role also includes supervising a small distributed team or contractors,



setting clear goals, and continuously improving processes to support sustainable growth.
