About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Manager to join our team in Okhla, Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, creating engaging content, managing day-to-day platform activities, and driving audience growth and engagement.
You will work closely with our creative, production, and client-facing teams to ensure effective communication, consistent brand messaging, and successful execution of campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and campaign objectives.
Plan, create, and publish engaging content across relevant social media platforms.
Manage daily content calendars, posting schedules, and platform activities.
Monitor social media performance and analyze key metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
Optimize content and strategies to increase reach, engagement, audience growth, and conversions.
Manage community interactions, comments,



and messages while maintaining the brand's tone and voice.
Coordinate with creative, production, and client servicing teams for smooth campaign execution.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, formats, and best practices.
Contribute creative ideas and concepts to strengthen the brand's digital presence.
Support campaign reporting and provide actionable insights based on performance data.
Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced creative environment.
Required Qualifications & Skills
3+ years of experience in Social Media Management / Social Media Marketing.
Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their content formats.
Hands-on experience in content strategy, content planning, and social media campaigns.
Strong Content Writing skills with the ability to create audience-focused social media content.
Good understanding of Social Media Optimization
