Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Indore. The Sales Manager will lead and develop a local sales team,



set transparent sales targets, and monitor performance against business objectives. The role involves driving new business acquisition, expanding existing customer relationships, and promoting Star Health’s portfolio of insurance products through agency, branch, and partner channels. The Sales Manager will plan and execute sales campaigns, conduct market analysis, and collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure a smooth customer journey. Additional responsibilities include training and mentoring agents, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company policies, preparing regular sales reports, and representing the company at local events and partner meetings.
