Warehouse Operations Executive / Manager
Experience: Minimum 2 years

Key Responsibilities
Independently manage end-to-end warehouse operations.
Manage and monitor Stock In and Stock Out activities accurately.
Conduct daily stock reconciliation and physical stock verification.
Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse data.
Maintain proper records of orders, inventory, and stock movements.
Manage the warehouse team and assign daily tasks and responsibilities.
Ensure team productivity, discipline, and work quality.
Identify and resolve inventory mismatches, stock shortages, and excess stock.
Monitor packing, receiving, dispatch, and returns activities.
Ensure proper warehouse cleanliness, organization, and maintenance.
Maintain proper 5S, safety, housekeeping, and workplace standards.
Handle day-to-day warehouse operations efficiently and ensure smooth workflow.
Prepare and provide regular stock, inventory,
and warehouse operations reports to management.
Ensure stock accuracy, proper inventory control, and accountability across warehouse operations.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 2 years of practical experience in E-commerce Warehouse Operations.
Strong understanding of Inventory Management and Stock Reconciliation.
Previous experience in Team Handling / People Management.
Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Strong attention to detail with a responsible, disciplined, and organized approach.
Ability to independently manage warehouse operations.
Strong ownership and accountability for stock accuracy and inventory management.
Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to work in a quick-paced warehouse setting while maintaining operational accuracy and efficiency.
