Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and other digital channels for the brand website
Plan, execute, and optimize PLA ads for Myntra, Nykaa, and Flipkart marketplaces; discuss ROAS and monthly budgets
Create reports and monitor key KPIs including ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR, Conversion Rate, and Revenue.
Coordinate with agencies for Meta, Google, and marketplace advertising, ensuring campaigns align with revenue, ROAS, and budget targets.
Receive the CRM plan from offline & online. Be the SPOC for all campaign implementation.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and leverage AI and marketing tools to improve campaign planning, analysis, and marketing efficiency.
Drive CRM initiatives focused on customer acquisition, retention, repeat purchases, segmentation, and customer engagement.
Collaborate with SEO, AEO & GEO teams/agencies to implement SEO strategies, content improvements, and technical recommendations.
Work with business head to discuss target revenue, target ROAS,



chart out marketing calendar and manage campaign budgets and improve marketing efficiency through continuous A/B testing
Analyze website performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads.
Coordinate with graphics and marketing team on creatives and follow ups
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Manage the GMB listings and rankings for Hidesign Properties
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in D2C e-commerce or fashion/lifestyle brands.
Robust hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics (GA4).
Good understanding of attribution, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization.
Good understanding of how premium and luxury brands work with ad campaigns
Experience using AI tools or marketing and CRM AI platforms to improve campaign planning and analysis.
