Role Description The Client Relationship Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune District. This role involves managing and nurturing relationships with parents, schools, and partners, ensuring a high-quality experience throughout the learner’s journey. Daily responsibilities include responding to inquiries,



providing program information, coordinating onboarding and follow-ups, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner. The role also requires maintaining accurate records in CRM or internal systems, preparing basic reports on engagement and feedback, and collaborating with academic and operations teams to improve services. The associate will support events, workshops, and outreach activities, representing OwlMinds and its mission to key stakeholders.
