Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Lead Generation Specialist role based in Gandhinagar. The Lead Generation Specialist will identify and qualify new leads through research, outbound communication, and coordination with the sales team. Daily responsibilities include prospecting target markets, updating and maintaining lead databases, and following up via calls, emails, and messages to nurture potential clients. The role also involves collaborating with marketing and sales teams to refine lead generation strategies,



tracking campaign performance, and preparing reports on lead quality and conversion potential.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong lead generation skills, including identifying and qualifying current leads.
Candidates should possess effective communication skills to engage prospects and build relationships.
Candidates should possess sales-oriented skills to support conversions and collaboration with the sales team.
Candidates should possess solid research skills for market analysis and prospect identification.
Relevant experience in advertising, performance marketing, or real estate sectors is beneficial.
Ability to work on-site in Gandhinagar, manage multiple tasks, and meet targets and deadlines.
Proficiency with CRM tools, lead management systems, and basic office software is an advantage.
A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
