About the Role
Schnell Builders Pvt. Ltd., a Gurugram-headquartered EPC and Pre-Engineered Buildings company operating across seven states, is seeking a Project Coordinator to support execution on a large-scale industrial construction site. The role sits at the intersection of engineering, procurement, and site management, ensuring that all moving parts of the project stay aligned and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily activities between site engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure seamless execution
Track project milestones, deliverables, and inter-departmental dependencies against the master schedule
Prepare and circulate minutes of meetings, progress trackers, and status reports for management review
Liaise with vendors, subcontractors,



and consultants to resolve coordination bottlenecks
Maintain organized project documentation, drawings, and correspondence records
Proactively flag delays, resource gaps, or scope issues to the Project Manager

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
10 years of experience in project coordination within EPC, infrastructure, or industrial construction
Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and site documentation practices
Robust communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
