Role Description The Business Development Manager (Real Estate) is a full-time, in office role based in Noida. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales for residential and commercial real estate projects. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and meeting potential clients, conducting site visits, presenting property options, negotiating terms,



and closing deals. The Business Development Manager will collaborate with internal teams to develop sales strategies, prepare proposals, and ensure timely follow-up with leads and existing clients. The role also involves tracking market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support strategic planning and business growth.
Qualifications
Strong sales, negotiation, and business development skills, with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets in real estate or related industries.
Excellent client relationship management, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders and build long-term partnerships.
Solid understanding of real estate market dynamics in NCR, including property valuation, investment concepts, and regulatory aspects.
