About the Role
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will help digitise and automate both functional and non-functional processes in our treasury system, Findur — delivered in close partnership with our highly experienced internal DevOps team. You will work with development teams and stakeholders in various locations, e.g., Pune, Bangalore, UK and Copenhagen.
You'll be involved early in feature discussions to help shape the best technical outcome and support the business case behind each change, and you'll be closely engaged in our agile processes — driving continuous improvement in code quality, review practices, and ceremonies.
While Findur/OpenLink expertise is the foundation of this role, we're equally interested in engineers with broad technical curiosity — people who understand, or are willing to learn, adjacent areas such as AI/ML and system integrations. We value adaptability and curio
