Job Description:
4+ years of experience in software development in Vision plus CMS module including Posting changes.
Experience in other subsystems like FAS, TRAMS, CTA, MBS, ASM are preferred.
Experience in developing and delivering in Agile methodology is essential.
Experience in the financial services industry
Handle enhancements, defect fixes, and production support for card processing systems
credit/debit card lifecycle, transaction processing, and reconciliation

Operating Systems – MVS, Z/OS, Windows, Linux,

Tools/Framework – TSO, ISPF, EZTRV, File Aid, Changeman, Control-M, REXX

Day-to-Day Activities:
Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements
Leading cross-functional technology teams and providing technical guidance
Evaluating current technologies and making recommendations for adoption
Developing and maintaining technology roadmaps
Managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts




Mentoring and providing technical guidance to team members
Driving technology initiatives and ensuring successful project delivery
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in technology leadership and software development

Ability to think strategically and translate business requirements into technical solutions
