Reports To Retail Head / Operations Head

Role Purpose
Own the store’s P&L; and customer experience. Drive sales, manage inventory and costs, lead the store team, and ensure Kitser’s brand standards in merchandising, service, and operations.
Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Growth
Achieve monthly sales, margin, and Category targets for Retail Division
Plan and execute store-level promotions, festive offers, and local marketing activations with the marketing team.
Monitor daily/weekly sales dashboards; take corrective actions on slow categories and SKUs.
Track key retail KPIs: conversion rate, average transaction value (ATV), items per customer (IPC), and footfall-to-sale.
2. Customer Experience
• Ensure a high-quality in-store experience: greeting, needs assessment, product demos, and post-sale follow-up.
• Resolve complaints and escalations quickly; maintain high CSAT/NPS.
3. Inventory & Stock Management
• Maintain optimal stock levels across categories; minimize stockouts and overstock.




• Ensure accurate inventory records, cycle counts, and shrinkage control (theft/damage/errors).
• Coordinate with vendors/warehouses and Category Managers for timely replenishment and recent launches.
4. Visual Merchandising & Store Standards
• Implement brand-compliant displays, signage, and product placement; keep the store clean and presentable.
• Execute seasonal/festive decor and POSM as per marketing calendars.
• Ensure safety, security, and compliance with store SOPs and local regulations.
5. Team Leadership & HR
• Hire, train, schedule, and supervise sales associates, and support staff.
• Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and incentive tracking against KPIs.
• Maintain attendance, leave, and discipline records; create a positive, high-performance culture.
6. Operations, Finance & Reporting
• Manage daily cash/POS reconciliation and cash transfers as per finance policy.
