Role Description The Head of Department of Computer Science will lead the academic and technical vision for the department, ensuring alignment with CTPL’s mission to transform higher education through technology. This full-time,



on-site role is based in the Mohali district and involves overseeing curriculum design, integrating industry-relevant technologies, and fostering collaboration between faculty, students, and product teams. The role includes leading and mentoring the department team, planning and monitoring academic projects, and driving research and innovation initiatives that support CTPL’s EdTech solutions. The Head of Department will also coordinate with leadership to align departmental goals with organizational strategy, maintain academic quality standards, and represent the department in internal and external forums.
