About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Head to take end-to-end ownership of the company's online business, including e-commerce strategy, digital growth, brand building, revenue, and P&L; management.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience scaling consumer or D2C businesses and will be comfortable working across performance marketing, marketplaces, website growth, influencer marketing, content, SEO, and brand building.





This is a leadership role involving management of a large cross-functional team and close collaboration with senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

E-commerce & Business Growth

Own and drive the overall e-commerce strategy across website and marketplaces.
Take end-to-end ownership of online revenue and business performance.
Develop and execute growth strategies across domestic and international markets.
Identify new business partnerships and revenue opportunities.
Drive international market expansion and market-entry initiatives.
Balance growth, profitability, customer acquisition, retention, and brand building.

Digital Marketing & Brand Strategy

Develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Lead performance marketing strategy and continuously optimize campaign performance.
Develop influencer and creator-led growth initiatives.
Oversee social media, content, SEO, and digital brand-building
