Role Overview

Codeflix Consultancy Services Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced, results-oriented business development manager with 5–10 years of experience, preferably in B2B sales, IT services, or technology solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying recent revenue opportunities, acquiring corporate clients, managing key accounts, leading sales initiatives, and achieving business targets. The candidate should have a strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and the ability to manage client relationships from lead generation to closure independently.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute effective business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Identify, prospect,



and acquire new corporate and B2B clients through field visits, networking, referrals, cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other channels.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline with qualified business opportunities.
Schedule and conduct meetings, presentations, service demonstrations, and commercial discussions with prospective clients.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services and solutions.
Prepare and present business proposals, quotations, commercial terms, and presentations.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to negotiation, closure, and client onboarding.
Negotiate with clients and close high-value business deals while maintaining healthy margins.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and decision-makers.
