As the Lead - Talent Management & Development, you’ll build a brand-current function at Graviton from the ground up, bringing together talent management, organisation development and learning & development for a team of engineers, quants, and innovators.



You’ll report to the Chief People Officer and work closely with business leaders and HRBPs to make talent development a core part of how Graviton operates as we continue our journey of global expansion.

Key Pointers On The Role :
Partner with HRBPs and Business to design and execute Graviton’s talent management, organisation development and learning agenda.
Identify distinct talent cohorts - critical top performers, high-potentials and the broader base. Build differentiated paths: stretch and recognition to keep our best growing, and a credible route for others to earn their way in.
Build succession plans and high-potential frameworks for critical roles across research, technology and support functions, keeping bench strength strong as we scale.
Design career paths and growth frameworks - including technical tracks that reflect how our quants, researchers, and engineers actually want to grow.
Build Graviton’s learning charter end-to-end, from onboarding to leadership development, partnering with senior leadership as internal faculty.
