About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused IT Sales & Onboarding Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in SaaS or technology product sales, along with robust communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. This role combines Sales and Customer Onboarding. The candidate will be responsible for generating product demos, converting prospects into customers, onboarding new clients, and ensuring successful adoption of the inlobo.ai platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Responsibilities
• Reach out to prospective customers through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain the features and benefits of inlobo.ai.




• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Follow up with leads and nurture prospects throughout the sales pipeline.
• Convert qualified leads into paying customers.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in the CRM.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns and lead-generation initiatives.
Customer Onboarding Responsibilities
• Guide new customers through the complete onboarding process.
• Assist clients with account setup and platform configuration.
• Train customers on product features and best practices.
• Ensure smooth implementation and successful adoption of the platform.
• Address customer queries and coordinate with the technical support team whenever required.
• Build strong customer relationships to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
