Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Admissions Counselor role based in Lucknow. The Admissions Counselor will guide prospective students and their families through the college and course selection process, providing accurate information about institutions, programs, eligibility, and admissions procedures.



Daily responsibilities include conducting counseling sessions (in-person and telephonic), responding to inquiries, maintaining detailed records of interactions, and following up with leads to support informed decision-making. The role involves collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach, participating in events or seminars, and ensuring a high standard of customer service. Admissions Counselors are expected to stay updated on educational trends, entrance exams, and institutional offerings to deliver relevant and trustworthy guidance.
