Role Description The Account Executive is a full time, on-site role located in Bengaluru South. This role is responsible for managing client relationships, understanding brand objectives, and translating them into clear project requirements for internal teams. Day-to-day work includes coordinating with design, production,



and technical teams; preparing proposals and presentations; tracking project timelines and deliverables; and ensuring that client expectations are met or exceeded. The Account Executive will also support budgeting and cost estimates, monitor project performance, and identify opportunities to grow accounts. This position requires regular on-site collaboration with colleagues and clients to drive seamless execution of experiential projects.
Qualifications
Client relationship management skills, including stakeholder communication, expectation setting, and issue resolution.
Project coordination and organizational skills to manage timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional collaboration.
Sales and business development abilities, such as lead nurturing, proposal creation, and opportunity identification.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for presentations, documentation, and client-facing interactions.
