We are looking for a dynamic professional to lead NGO/Foundation operations, finance, compliance, governance and social development initiatives.
? Key Responsibilities
• Lead strategy & execution of social development programs aligned with SDGs
• Drive budgeting, financial planning & resource allocation
• Oversee MIS, reporting & stakeholder presentations
• Manage legal, audit, statutory & financial compliance
• Build relationships with government bodies, NGOs, Trusts, Foundations & CSR partners
• Implement SROI, ESG & SDG frameworks for impact measurement
• Improve operational efficiency through technology
• Lead,



mentor & develop high-performing teams
? Requirements
• B.Com mandatory + LLB/M.Com/MBA Finance/CA
• 3–5 years in NGO/Trust/Foundation operations
• Strong finance, legal compliance, governance & operations knowledge
• Hands-on experience with SROI, ESG & SDG frameworks
• Robust MIS, reporting, presentation & stakeholder skills
• Gujarati & English proficiency mandatory
• LLB candidates strongly preferred
• Early joiners preferred (Max 60 days)
• Strong exposure to legal/statutory matters is essential
