About the Role: The Early Childhood Educator will work full-time, on-site in Patna, supporting the holistic development of young children in a preschool environment.
Key responsibilities include:
• Planning and facilitating age-appropriate, play-based and inquiry-driven learning experiences
• Creating a warm, safe, inclusive and stimulating classroom setting
• Supporting children’s social, emotional, cognitive and physical development
• Observing, documenting and assessing children’s learning and progress
• Building positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
• Preparing and organizing classroom materials and learning resources
• Supporting and contributing to school events and community activities
• Collaborating with fellow educators and classroom assistants
• Maintaining classroom routines, records, portfolios and documentation
• Following Dibber’s pedagogy, educational standards, policies and practices

Qualifications & Experience:
