Role Description The Customer Relationship Management Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Jaipur. This role is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end customer lifecycle, including onboarding, engagement, retention, and reactivation. The Manager will design and execute CRM strategies, segment customer groups, and coordinate personalized communication campaigns across phone, email, and digital channels. Daily tasks include monitoring CRM metrics, analyzing customer behavior and feedback, optimizing workflows, and collaborating with sales, marketing,



and operations teams to ensure a consistent and supportive customer experience. The role also involves managing CRM tools, documenting processes, leading small projects to enhance customer satisfaction, and training team members on best practices.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret customer data, track performance metrics, and derive actionable insights.
Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to build trust with diverse customer groups.
Proven Sales and customer relationship management experience, with a focus on retention, upselling, and cross-selling in a service-oriented environment.
Experience with Market Segmentation and targeted campaigns to improve engagement and conversion across different customer profiles.
Solid Project Management skills to plan, execute, and monitor CRM initiatives and
