KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Content & Social Media
Assist with planning, creating, scheduling and publishing social media content.
Support LinkedIn content creation, including captions, posts, polls and carousels.
Research relevant topics, trends and industry developments.
Maintain content calendars and monitor engagement and performance.
Track competitors and identify relevant content opportunities.
Marketing Research & Competitor Intelligence
Conduct research on target industries, markets, companies and prospects.
Research competitor positioning, products, messaging and social media activity.
Research trends across Technology, SaaS, AI, Pharma, Chemicals, Aerospace, Manufacturing, R&D; and Enterprise Software.
Organise research findings into explicit and actionable summaries.
Content & Copywriting
Assist in preparing first drafts for LinkedIn posts, blogs, newsletters and website content.
Support email campaigns, event communications, case studies and marketing collateral.
Proofread and quality-check marketing content before publication.




Repurpose existing content across different formats and channels.
Canva & Creative Support
Create basic marketing creatives using Canva.
Assist with LinkedIn banners, social media posts, carousels and event creatives.
Resize and adapt existing designs for different platforms.
Maintain consistency across fonts, colours and visual identity.
Video & Reels Support
Assist in creating and editing short-form marketing videos and reels.
Perform basic editing, including trimming, sequencing, subtitles and text overlays.
Repurpose existing video footage for social media formats.
Knowledge of CapCut, Canva Video, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar platforms is an advantage.
AI-Assisted Marketing
Use AI tools for research, brainstorming and content ideation.
Generate initial content drafts and variations using AI.
Repurpose long-form content into social media formats.
Use AI for summarisation, competitor research and information organisation.
