We are looking for a Vendor Data & Regulatory Coordination Manager to manage supplier, product, commercial and regulatory information across our India and EU operations.

This is a hands-on coordination role where you will work closely with ingredient suppliers, laboratories, regulatory consultants, and internal teams to ensure products launch and are maintained with accurate, complete information.

Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate new supplier and ingredient onboarding, ensuring all required technical, quality, commercial and regulatory information is complete.
* Manage supplier documentation including specifications, certificates, declarations, safety and regulatory documents.
* Coordinate purchase and selling-price updates, ensuring accurate and timely system updates.
* Manage periodic testing of imported ingredients, including samples, laboratories, reports and deadlines.
* Coordinate FSSAI documentation, submissions and follow-ups through to completion.
* Track vendor actions, document gaps, testing milestones and regulatory activities, ensuring timely closure.




* Maintain accurate vendor, product and CRM data across relevant systems.
* Identify recurring data/process gaps and coordinate corrective updates with Data Operations, Sales and Marketing.

What We're Looking For

*Bachelor's/Master's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, Chemistry or related field.
*5–10 years of relevant experience in food, food ingredients or nutraceuticals.
* Experience in Supplier Quality, Vendor Management, Regulatory Affairs, Technical Services, Product Compliance or Food Operations
* Working knowledge of food-product documentation, specifications, laboratory testing and regulatory processes.
* FSSAI experience is strongly preferred.
* Robust communication, organisation and follow-through skills.
* Comfortable working with CRM, ERP and document-management systems.
* Experience with ingredient suppliers, laboratories or regulatory consultants is an advantage.
