Qualifications:
A Bachelors Degree in Hindi with at least 50% marks from a recognized university/institute (the concerned subject should have been studied for at least 2 years)
OR
Masters Degree in Hindi from a recognized university/institute with at least 50% marks in either Bachelors Degree or Masters Degree
OR
4-years integrated programme/course/degree of B.El.Ed./B.Sc.B.Ed./B.A.B.Ed. from any NCTE recognized institution (the concerned subject should have been studied for at least 3 years)
AND
B.Ed. or 3-years integrated B.Ed-M.Ed. from a recognized university/institute (No separate B.Ed./B.Ed-M.Ed. is required in the case of 4-years integrated course of B.El.Ed./B.A.B.Ed.)
AND
Pass in the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) conducted by CBSE

Roles and Responsibilities:
Deliver competency-based,



NEP-aligned lessons using engaging and creative teaching methodologies
Plan and deliver lessons, conduct assessments, evaluate student progress, and maintain accurate academic records
Support diverse learners through differentiated instruction, remedial support, and appropriate academic interventions
Foster language proficiency, reading, writing, speaking, vocabulary, and comprehension skills through age-appropriate activities
Participate actively in school events, co-curricular activities, professional development programmes, and training sessions
Collaborate with colleagues and maintain effective communication with parents regarding students’ learning, academic progress, and overall well-being
