Position: Planning Engineer

Experience: 5 to 15 Years

Job Description:
Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules for Offshore Oil & Gas EPC projects using Primavera P6.
Prepare baseline schedules, resource loading, progress measurement systems, and recovery plans.
Track project progress, identify schedule deviations, and recommend corrective actions.
Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Project Management teams to ensure schedule adherence.
Generate weekly/monthly progress reports, look-ahead schedules, S-curves, and management dashboards.
Perform schedule risk analysis, critical path monitoring, and delay impact assessment.
Ensure compliance with project milestones, client requirements, and contractual commitments.

Required Skills:
5 to 15 years of experience in Offshore Oil & Gas/EPC projects.
Strong hands-on experience in Primavera P6 scheduling and planning.
Knowledge of Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, and Offshore Installation activities.
Positive analytical, reporting, and stakeholder coordination skills.

Preferred Experience:
Exposure to Offshore Platforms, Jackets, Topsides, Subsea, Pipelines, or Brownfield projects.
