education. Our partnership with LPU focuses on delivering cutting-edge technical training in Data
Engineering and AI and, placement preparation to equip students for successful careers in
technology. We combine rigorous academics with practical, hands-on training and strong placement
outcomes.

ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a hands-on role for an experienced trainer who combines technical excellence with robust
student mentoring. You will teach Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA) and placement preparation,
while owning student learning outcomes, engagement, and placement readiness. You are not just an
instructor—you are a trainer, mentor, and student success owner rolled into one. You'll work on-
ground at the LPU campus, directly engaging with students daily.

MUST-HAVE SKILLS




Data Structures & Algorithms Expertise
 Strong command of fundamental and advanced data structures (arrays, linked lists, trees,
graphs, heaps, etc.)
 Deep understanding of algorithm design, complexity analysis, and optimization techniques
 Proficiency in at least 2-3 programming languages (C++, Java, Python)
 Hands-on problem-solving ability and experience with coding platforms (LeetCode,
HackerRank, etc.)
 Ability to teach DSA from fundamentals to advanced concepts with clarity
Placement Preparation & Interview Coaching
 Demonstrated experience in placement training and interview preparation
 Strong knowledge of technical interview patterns, coding challenges, and problem-solving
strategies
 Experience conducting mock interviews and providing constructive feedback
 Understanding of resume building, interview techniques, and placement landscape

 Familiarity with current placement trends and indus
