As an MIS Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation
and maintenance of our data systems. Your primary focus will be on generating
comprehensive reports and providing valuable insights to support business
decision-making. You will work closely with various teams to understand their
data needs and deliver accurate, timely reports.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare and share Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS reports.
* Maintain operational dashboards and performance trackers.
* Generate productivity, attendance, AHT, login, and billing reports.
* Analyze data and provide actionable insights to Operations.
* Ensure 100% data accuracy and timely report delivery.
* Support client reporting and ad-hoc data requirements.
* Coordinate with Operations, HR, WFM, and Quality teams.
* Maintain data confidentiality and report version control.
* Automate reports using Excel functions wherever possible.

Required Skills

* Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF, SUMIFS).
* Good knowledge of PowerPoint and Outlook.




* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to work under deadlines.

Preferred Skills

* Knowledge of Power BI (preferred).
* Basic SQL knowledge (preferred).
* Experience in BPO/Collections MIS reporting.

Eligibility Criteria

* Minimum 1 year of experience in MIS/Operations.
* Valuable performance record with no active disciplinary actions.
* Consistent attendance and adherence.
* Manager's recommendation required.

A1 to A2

* Average PMI (last 6 months)/PMS rating 3 and above

* Min 1 year in current role
