We are seeking a senior Workday Talent and Performance Consultant to lead the design and delivery of talent management solutions on the Workday platform.
The role focuses on optimizing performance management processes, including performance reviews, calibrations, and goal-setting frameworks.
You will partner with business stakeholders to align talent processes with broader organizational strategies and workforce priorities.
The position requires solid functional expertise combined with an understanding of Workday Core HCM and Core Compensation.
You will also support cross-module processes, integrations, testing, troubleshooting, and data integrity across talent workflows.
Your expertise will help ensure reliable, scalable, and user-friendly performance management experiences for employees and managers.

Accountabilities:
Design, configure, implement, and maintain performance reviews within the Workday Talent and Performance module.
Configure and manage calibration processes to support consistent and effective performance assessment practices.
Create and maintain goal templates aligned with organizational objectives and performance management strategies.
Collaborate with HR, business, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and align performance management cycles with organizational priorities.
Support cross-module processes and integration points between Talent & Performance, Core HCM, and Core Compensation.
Troubleshoot functional and system issues affecting performance management workflows and provide timely resolutions.
Conduct functional testing, including validation of configurations, workflows, and enhancements.
