About the Role
JKR Consulting & Services is looking for a skilled and experienced BIM Electrical Engineer to join our team and work at a client site in Hyderabad.
The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience in Electrical BIM Modelling, Revit MEP, Navisworks, AutoCAD, multidisciplinary coordination and clash detection. The candidate will be responsible for developing accurate electrical BIM models and supporting project teams in delivering coordinated, construction-ready BIM documentation.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain detailed 3D Electrical BIM Models using Autodesk Revit MEP.
Model electrical systems including lighting, power distribution, cable trays, conduits, electrical equipment and related services.
Prepare and update Electrical Shop Drawings, GFC Drawings, layouts,



sections and installation drawings.
Perform BIM coordination and clash detection using Navisworks.
Identify, document and support resolution of clashes between Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Structural and Architectural services.
Coordinate with Architectural, Structural and MEP teams to ensure accurate and constructible models.
Work as per project BIM standards, BEP, LOD requirements, naming conventions and client specifications.
Develop models generally at LOD 300/350/400, depending on project requirements.
Extract quantities, schedules and BOQ-related information from BIM models.
Incorporate design changes, site inputs and coordination comments into BIM models.
Prepare and update as-built BIM models and documentation based on site changes/redline markups.
Participate in BIM coordination meetings and communicate technical issues to project stakeholders.
