We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Platform Developer to build, customize, and enhance solutions across the ServiceNow ecosystem.
The role offers the opportunity to work on modern platform capabilities, including UI Builder and Workspace experiences.
You will combine strong development and scripting expertise with a focus on scalable, user-friendly platform solutions.
The position involves translating business and technical requirements into robust ServiceNow applications and experiences.
Experience with Customer Service Management, Now Assist, or emerging Agentic AI capabilities would be an added advantage.
You will collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions in a dynamic technology setting.

Accountabilities:
Design, develop, configure,



and customize solutions on the ServiceNow platform based on business and technical requirements.
Develop modern Workspace front-end experiences using ServiceNow UI Builder.
Create and maintain ServiceNow scripts, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, script includes, and other platform components.
Translate functional requirements and technical specifications into scalable, maintainable ServiceNow solutions.
Support the implementation and enhancement of ServiceNow applications while following platform development best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver effective technical solutions.
Perform testing, debugging, performance optimization, and ongoing maintenance of ServiceNow applications.
Contribute to platform improvements and adoption of emerging ServiceNow capabilities, including CSM, Now Assist, and Agent
