About the Role
We’re looking for a Drupal Technical Architect who enjoys owning complex solutions end-to-end—from understanding business needs to designing architecture and guiding teams through execution.

What You’ll Be Doing
Design and lead the development of scalable, secure, and high-performance Drupal platforms
Build and review custom Drupal modules, following best practices and coding standards
Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions
Act as a technical point of contact during client discussions, demos, and solution reviews
Guide and mentor developers, helping teams grow technically and professionally
Ensure code quality, performance, security, and maintainability
Oversee documentation, testing, and quality assurance
Contribute to architectural decisions, technical brainstorming, and continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
Core Skills
Strong hands-on experience with Drupal 9/10/11
Expertise in custom module development, theming, and Drupal architecture
Deep knowledge of PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
Solid understanding of Drupal coding standards, security, and performance optimization
Experience working with Git and modern development workflows
Robust foundation in Ob
