Health Claim Adjudicator

? JOB LOCATION:
Thane – Head Office of the Insurance Company

? JOB TYPE:
On-site / Work from Office
? The selected candidates will be based at the Thane HO of the leading health insurance company.

? SALARY:
₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month

? QUALIFICATION:
• BHMS
• BAMS
• BDS
• BPT

? EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 1 year of experience in:
• Health Claim Processing
• Health Claim Adjudication
• Health Claim Investigation
• Medical Claim Assessment

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:




• Accurate & errorless health claim adjudication
• Review medical records, bills, investigation reports & discharge summaries
• Assess diagnosis, treatment, hospitalisation, and medical documentation
• Identify discrepancies, inconsistencies and potential risk/fraud indicators
• Follow insurance company SOPs, guidelines and quality parameters
• Achieve daily productivity and quality targets assigned by the client
• Maintain defined TAT and high accuracy standards
