Role Overview
We are seeking an Organic Marketing Specialist on a contract-to-hire basis to independently own and drive lead generation and authority-building for our international clients through organic channels. This is a remote, individual-contributor role for a qualified who can manage the complete organic growth process - SEO, outreach, email, and other organic channels from strategy through execution.
We are only looking for an immediate joiner.

Roles and Responsibilities
Own the complete organic growth lifecycle, encompassing planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting across SEO, outreach, email, and other organic channels.
Develop and implement organic lead generation strategies tailored to international clients across diverse industries and markets.
Execute On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO activities in alignment with defined project objectives.
Drive lead generation through outreach methods such as email, LinkedIn, cold calling coordination, and other organic channels, in addition to SEO.
Manage Local SEO initiatives,



including Google Business Profile optimisation, alongside E-commerce SEO projects.
Build and maintain a consistent, quality-driven link-building and outreach pipeline.
Monitor keyword rankings, website traffic, outreach response rates, and overall channel performance on an ongoing basis, addressing issues as they arise.
Utilise Google Analytics, Google Search Console, CRM, and outreach tools to evaluate performance and recommend improvements.
Apply AI and automation tools effectively to support keyword research, content planning, outreach personalisation, analysis, reporting, and overall workflow efficiency.

Must Have Requirements
A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience across SEO and other organic channels (email, outreach, LinkedIn, or similar).
Strong working knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.
Demonstrated experience managing lead generation projects with clear, result-oriented outcomes.
