About the Role
We're hiring a Senior Project Manager – Civil to drive end-to-end execution of large-scale industrial civil works for DRI and Captive Power Plant (CPP) projects — from heavy RCC structures and equipment foundations to full EPC coordination.

What You'll Own
? Complete site execution — mobilization to handover
? Execution strategy, construction methodology & resource planning
? Large-scale excavation incl. hard rock & black cotton soil, backfilling, ground prep
? RCC (M25/M30), PCC, reinforcement, shuttering & grouting for heavy foundations
? Machine foundations, TG deck, silos, day bins, CCR buildings, staging works
? Anchor bolt (M16–M40) & insert plate installation, pocket fixing, GP-02 grouting




? Cross-functional coordination with Mechanical, Structural, Electrical & Instrumentation teams
? Contractor productivity, cost, billing, procurement & subcontractor oversight
? QA/QC, IS Code compliance & HSE standards
? Progress reporting to management & clients via weekly/monthly reviews
