NRole Summary
nActsas the technical owner and escalation point for enterprise middleware platforms. Responsible for architecture, stability, performance, security, and lifecycle management of middleware services across on‐prem and cloud‐native environments. Leads major incident resolution, platform upgrades, and standardization.
