- Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in operations, or a related field, with at least 5-6 years in a middle level leadership role. N
- Preferable if having SAP - TRM module knowledge or Similar ERP platform N

nResponsibilities

- n
- Ensure adherence to SLAs, RSLAs and Escalation Matrix for smooth Operation & Accounting of Treasury products N
- Daily review and Reportopen items from BRS on various Financial Instruments N
- Ensure end-to-end accounting of treasury instruments with applicable Tax compliances N
- Continuous review of processes to identify process automation and risk mitigation N
- Handle all the BU / GCCrequirement wrt MIS, Data preparation for any Business, Compliances or Govt Notices perspective. N




- Ensuring no Tax defaultof any tax provisions in accounting and reporting. N
- MIS review, reporting and handle month closing activities N
- Dealing with the auditors and providing audit schedules N
- Follow-up with respective BUs for Open BRS items and other key points N
- Assign targets for teammembers & measure their performance N
- Periodical meeting withrespective Stakeholders on Hygiene Control areas, open issues and resolution thereof. N
- Responsible to Drive all the System base, RPA projects with Team for timely closure and reports to Seniors N

- MBA (Finance) / Inter CA / CFA or equivalent in Financial Management. N
