nRole Summary
nWe are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with solid expertise in
nITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules, along with hands-on experience in ServiceNow AI
ncapabilities including AI Ops, Now Assist, Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence,
nand Agentic AI. The ideal candidate will design, develop, customize, and optimize
nServiceNow solutions while leveraging AI-powered automation to improve IT operations
nand employee experiences.

nKey Responsibilities
n Design, develop, configure, and customize applications on the ServiceNow
nplatform.
n Implement and support ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules.
n Develop scalable solutions using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Script
nIncludes.
n Build custom applications using App Engine Studio.
n Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions,
nScript Includes, ACLs, and Notifications.
n Develop Service Catalogs, Record Producers, Order Guides,



Catalog Client
nScripts, and Workflows.
n Configure CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and
nOperational Intelligence.
n Implement Software Asset Management (SAM) and Hardware Asset
nManagement (HAM).
n Configure integrations with Azure, AWS, Active Directory, SCCM/MECM, Intune,
nVMware, and third-party monitoring tools.
n

n Develop REST and SOAP integrations with external systems.
n Participate in code reviews and maintain development standards.
n Support platform upgrades and manage update sets.
n

nAI & Automation Responsibilities
